As we reported late last year, this project is based on seed funding from donors Bob and Indu Shah and the Polio & Children in Need charity, together with funding sourced through the Upper Northern Beaches (NSW), Paddington (QLD) and Chadstone – East Malvern (VIC), and Edmonds Daybreakers (Washington USA) Rotary clubs, together with district, global and other special purpose Rotary funding programs.
The good news is that the construction work is now complete, inspected by the project host Rotary club – Sangke Battambang, and handed over to the communities. Following the excellent track record set on our previous Global Grant project in 2020, the work was finished on time and on budget. Particular congratulations are due to Oddom Chheam and his project team at BFT Center.
